Holly Robinson is a Solicitor-Advocate at King Street Solicitors LLP within the Childcare Law Team.

Holly represents parents and family members during both pre-proceedings (PLO) and court proceedings initiated by the Local Authority. This includes providing advice during the PLO process, care orders, supervision orders, placement orders and adoption applications. Holly also provides advice to family members and prospective special guardians about kinship assessments and Special Guardianship Orders.
Holly is a supportive and empathetic advocate whose knowledge and understanding assists her clients to make changes and achieve the outcomes that they desire for their families.
She develops positive relationships with her clients who will often update her even after the conclusion of their cases.
Background
Holly completed the Master of Law and Practice (LLB Hons and LPC) at the University of Huddersfield in 2019, following this she worked as a paralegal in Family Law dealing with a variety of matters, with a particular focus on domestic violence.
Holly joined King Street Solicitors in October 2020 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2022. In 2025 Holly completed her Higher Rights of Audience in Civil Proceedings qualification and can now represent clients at every stage of Court proceedings including the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
