Introducing myself

It’s a well known fact that we tend to buy from people rather than companies. This especially applies to small companies offering a personal service.

So, in helping you decide whether or not to instruct King Street Solicitors (KSS), it may be useful to know a little more about me….

I arrived at KSS in June last year having worked for several years in Pudsey. I’m proud to say I’m Yorkshire born and bred. My family are retired farmers near Halifax. I live in Apperley Bridge which clients quickly say they know, but then it all too often transpires that they have confused it with Appletreewick or Appleby or one of the many other Apple named villages in the North of England !

I like to think of myself as straight talking (farmers tend to be !), very friendly and efficient.

I‘m a people person and love meeting both new and old clients. I have a natural empathy with the older client, especially those living with dementia. I am an Accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, which admits only Solicitors and other legal professionals who are proven specialists in this area of the law.

So, if you need advice on making a Will, protecting your home against care fees, Lasting Powers of Attorney, or Probate, please do not hesitate to call me for some free initial advice.

Best wishes,
