Sue Wittrick  - Partner

Sue Wittrick graduated from Sheffield University in 1974 and qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and has practised in Wakefield for over 20 years.  She is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s Advanced Family Law and Children Panels.  Sue specialises in all aspects of family law.

Sue is also an experienced probate lawyer and has a particular interest in mental capacity issues and preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Francesca Greenfield - Partner

Francesca Greenfield graduated from Oxford University in 2003 and was called to the Bar in 2005 before passing the Qualified Lawyers’ Transfer Test and qualifying as a solicitor in 2007.  Francesca practises in all areas of family law and has a particular interest in both public and private children law.

Chris Nugent - Consultant

Chris Nugent graduated from Leeds University in 1979 and qualified as a solicitor in 1981.  Chris has practised in Wakefield for many years.  Chris specialises in all aspects of Wills and Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Sally Wadsworth - Paralegal

Sally Wadsworth is a paralegal with over 20 years of experience in law firms, 12 as a legal secretary and 8 as a paralegal.  Sally practises in all areas of family law, in particular divorce, injunctions and children law.
