We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded Lexcel – the Law Society’s quality mark. The Lexcel quality mark shows that a solicitor’s firm has met high standards in the way it is managed.
Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
We are proud to be one of the firm firms in Wakefield to achieve this accreditation, demonstrating the hard work and commitment of our team.
Late Night Opening
At King Street Solicitors, we pride ourselves on being responsive to our clients’ needs. From January, we will be open until 7.30pm on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Tracy Allison, who joined the firm in August, will be offering evening appointments for those clients who find it difficult to come to the office during normal working hours.
Tracy is an accredited mediator and collaborative lawyer, and brings this particular expertise to dealing with matrimonial finance cases. She explains that “by offering more flexible appointments, I believe that clients will find we are able to progress their cases more quickly because they will be less dependant in taking time out from their busy working days. We know that dealing with divorce or separation is difficult, and hope that this service will take some pressure from clients who would otherwise find it hard to come and see us.”
We are continuing to run our free family law clinic on Tuesday evenings - for more information please telephone us on 01924 332395.
We are have introduced a fixed fee divorce scheme
